$800.00 PER DAY (8 hrs total including setup) $50 per hour after initial eight hours.
A Museum staff member will serve as attendant for setup and during the event.
$200 refundable security/damage deposit charged for all rentals upon booking.
$60 prior-day setup fee. Must be between 10:00am and 4:00pm and only if space is available during that time.
Audio/Visual access -- $50.00*
Polyester table cloth -- $5.00 each**
Cotton table cloth -- $15.00 each
Large Podium -- $40.00
Small Podium -- $25.00
Large Easels -- $15.00 each
Museum admission -- $3.00 per person (no food or drink is allowed in the Museum).
*Audio/visual equipment includes microphone, LCD projector/screen, 48” flatscreen televisions, and sound system. Attendant will be responsible for the operation of all Museum audio/visual equipment.

EVENT HALL BY THE HOUR: $100.00 per hour
This rental is intended for meetings or workshops. This rental is ONLY available during normal Museum operating hours. Clean up is the responsibility of the renter.
HISTORIC MUSTERING GROUNDS AND PAVILION: $300.00 per day
Refundable Cleanup Fee Applies
Clean up is the responsibility of the renter.
There is no Museum or bathroom access for Mustering Ground rentals.
All permits such as noise, alcohol sales, etc. is the responsibility of the renter.
